Mariachi San Pablo, a part of YLM’s Adelante Ministries, is an intergenerational music ministry based in one of the poorest communities along the border in El Paso, TX.
It is the ONLY Lutheran mariachi band in the world!

History of Mariachi San Pablo
Mariachi San Pablo began in 2001 with 5 members, mostly beginning musicians. It currently has 10 members, teenagers to adults, from El Paso, TX and Cd. Juarez. All of them offer their talents in service to the Lord.
Proclaiming Christ through music
Mariachi San Pablo is available by invitation to support congregations through worship services, community outreach, and evangelism events, using music to share the Gospel in meaningful and culturally rich ways. Their availability also extends to performing at conventions and conferences, serving gatherings at both district and national levels with music rooted in faith and mission.
