Transportation

All* local transportation is provided, including airport pick-up and drop-off for groups flying into El Paso International Airport, transportation to and from work projects, and any sightseeing activities groups may which to partake in.

There may be cases in which group members over 21 years of age may be asked to serve as drivers. The Servant Event Coordinator will ask for a copy of these individuals’ driver’s licenses either ahead of time or upon arrival so that they can be added to our insurance policy.

*YLM has two 15-passenger vans and one 12-passenger van. These are assigned to groups in the order that trips are booked until both are spoken for, at which point groups will be asked to rent vehicles. We recommend Affordable Van Rental–(915)587-4042)–since they’ll cut you a deal if you say you’re with YLM. You are also free to download a copy of our Motor Vehicle Rental Exemption Certificate to avoid paying tax. A $60/day rental discount will apply should this circumstance arise.
