In El Paso & Juarez: YLM partners with Operation Noel to provide winter jackets to the youth of our community. This organization annually distributes 15,000 jackets to many organizations throughout El Paso. Operation Noel staff send out information stating that registration is open and YLM then begins to register the children. This generally begins in Early September, although a concrete date is unknown. Sizes range from 18 months to 14/16 and occasionally there is a small amount of mens medium, large, and extra large available. To register for a jacket, please contact the YLM office at (915)858-2588 in early September to see if registration has begun with Operation Noel.
Jackets are limited to children between the ages of 1 and 12, and each child may receive only one jacket. There is a maximum amount available through the program, so please make every attempt to register early. There are no other restrictions or requirements of participation for this program.
